I'm throwing a party! (Competition about it below.)

As my competition post says, the V.I.P (competition winner) will choose the party theme.
The party will last no more than half an hour.

I'm throwing a party! Before I release the details (next post), I am going to hold a competition. The prize is to be a V.I.P in my party. The V.I.P will get a postcard from me, will be first in line to play any games and will get to choose the theme for the party.

So, here's the competition:

I want you to write a short story (no more than 200 words). Although, it has to include the coffee shop, and one of your friends on Club Penguin. (With their permission.)

Here's a good way to get ideas:

The winner will be chosen two days before the party, and you can post your stories by commenting.

Extra- Hibernating Herbert news:

"Congratulations, agents. Operation: Hibernation was a success. Herbert is in a state of deep sleep. Enjoy the fair costumes, but continue to monitor the security camera in the command room. Even in times of celebration, the EPF must stay alert."

I think it's very rude to watch people (or polar bears) while they're sleeping. And according to the Evil Polar Bear Rights Act 2011, Herbert has the right to unaturally hibernate privately.

Last week we asked you to tell us about a secret agent that's gone above and beyond the call of duty for the EPF! Rosie92853 had this to say:

I totally think that Tif000 is the best epf agent because she completed all her missions right away and she is always trying very hard to complete the feild-ops,and when she sees other penguins asking for help with the feild-ops she helps them,she never gives up when doing system defender.Mostly i think she is just very helpfull and good at never giving up!
